The Wonder Woman trailer was released on Jan 20, 2016 and it left the internet in a frenzy. Not much plot detail is revealed through the trailer but only action shots.

What we do know about the trailer is that it’s not set in a modern time. The trailer shows Wonder Woman meeting a pilot named Steve Trevor who served in the first World War, in the comics. Wonder Woman comes back to the world of man to save them from something dangerous, which is unknown yet.

The director, Patty Jenkins had described Wonder Woman as the new movie of this generation that girls everywhere can be superheros.

“I’m actually really excited for this movie to come out, with all these superhero movies with a guy being the main character it’s finally the girl’s turn to lead and save the day,” Judy Kim, senior, said.

Being that this will be the first time that a women will play a superhero, it will set a perfect example for all women around the world. We live in a society in which men are known as stronger and better than woman, but Wonder Woman will show that a girl is as strong and brave as men.
